In addition to the points already raised by others, the highlighted section of the image you supplied clearly shows that the test you are referring to was on HCoV ATCC VR-759. You claim that this is "HUMAN Corona Virus (CoVid-19)" which is a 'Human coronavirus' but definitely not COVID-19, nor is it more closely related to COVID-19 than other substitutes. So clearly you're being misleading by preying on confusion around virus names.
Not that it's even relevant, as Zoono doesn't claim that benzalkonium chloride is the active ingredient - instead it's their particular quarternary ammonium compound as per the website: https://zoono.com/pages/our-technology-efficacy-testing
Furthermore, for some evidence that Feline coronavirus is an accepted surrogate - see the following from Australia's Department of Health:
