What makes you think you are immune to litigation as well? I think there's lawful terms like defamation of company, of shareholders of hot copper and ASX. I reckon due diligence is practiced by businesses to make such claims as opposed to yours, title and content with no proof. stating "potentially" does not remove you from legal action. what credentials have you got to make dubious and potentially damaging accusations?
