Few things are false.
1. TGA has not approved the product for use on skin. The TGA approval is for the surface sanitiser. So ofcourse it wouldnt be approved for use on skin as that is not the purpose of the product. The hand sanitiser hasnt been approved as yet but thats not to say it wont be.
2. online sales unlikely to recommence while TGA rejects companies claims. That is not substantiated and is your assumption based on the incorrect thinking of point 1. Paul has said orders has stopped as they were inundated with orders. Nowhere have I seen a press release stating what you believe.
3. Companies lend their shares all the time for various reasons. It may not be ethical but its legal under the market rules. If you have issues with that then the ASX/ASIC are your best place of contact and that has nothing specifically to do with ZNO and the legitimacy of their product.
4. Not even sure what you mean by the transfer of funds. That is the cause of globalisation.
