No doubt that DTR has nearology in it's favour and the endorsement of the President et al.
What it needs is positive REE assays and positive funding announcements.
The fact that they have refuted capital injection from Investors/Banks demonstrates that they have funding commitments from the Administration.
The fact that the leading and Mountain Pass geologists were assigned to the project by the America First movement well before the election and have testified in You Tube videos that this is BIG should be enough for tentative investors.
The vibe on here is that the US is buying big on the ASX and selling for penny arbitrage in the US is questionable.
Maybe we are waiting on the BBB, but I doubt that this is a necessary catalyst (having read it).
In my considered, humble opinion this will fly despite the billions of shares on issue. Until the billions are absorbed by the US, this is subject to our anaemic market.
Obviously, I think I have enough.
