Having said that though, what is the chances of IFCA returning with another deal?
In the most likely event if CMQ lost the appeal, IFCA will buy it off from the liquidators.
In the first instant, the dead IFCA offer was structured in the most dubious manner. I remember when posters questioned the dubious Inviro sale contract the likes of Optimix were up in arms shouting down anyone who questioned it. Thanks to the court case we know it was hatched by CMQ to satisfy the then Mizuho sale covenant and the public announcements were wrong and misleading. Did the same people hatching the Inviro contract hatched the IFCA deal of a lifetime?
