chopper, The jaundiced ravings of abobo are not taken seriously by anyone, and that includes himself. He reminds everyone on almost every post he wants it to be treated as a laugh.

He has some fixation with trying to denigrate this particular company. He has no shares in it and has no interest in following any other stock. When offered the chance to say what he would do if he were CEO he turned down the responsibility flat.

While it is clear that Chemeq mangement has made some enormous mistakes, at the moment they are hamstrung by the bondholders. But IFCA have come along. Since they have not withdrawn their proposal and DW has said they have not submitted a new one, one has to conclude the same proposal is still alive.

Chemeq could win the appeal, in which case everything abobo has been repetitiously whinging about will have been false.

Frankly, with IFCA in the wings, I don't think it matters who wins the appeal, and with the Court Orders expiring and up for reconsideration at the end of May, the action is still far from over.

For all those who had written the company off, it was an acute embarrassment that a banker like IFCA would come in and place $75m on the table. That is why they have gone into a state of denial - the deal is dubious, a mirage, etc.
