When you have management of the calibre normally at a big company, with resources in ground (JORC'ed) and numerous other prospective tenements, you need patience to take over and not everything to be delivered in a day.

sit back and relax, risks remain but the professionalism by which WR and the ever growing team have taken us forward since Aug last year, they are used to over delivering. that is the exciting bit really, I would be very pleased if they just simply delivered on their targets, let alone having the enviable position of being able to exceed them.
