Just flicked past Piers Morgan and he's rabbiting on about Duck Dynasty...then I Googled the story
Duck Dynasty is one of the trashy reality shows on the A&E network showing on Foxtel.
A family of southern rednecks who made a fortune from producing duck calls for hunters. The show follows them around while they hunt and muck around.
The younger ones all have model type wives despite looking like a throwback from 4000BC.
Duck Dynasty has over 14m viewers and Walmart exclusively sell their merchandise.
The matriarch Phil Robertson who is basically an illiterate dirty old redneck man was interviewed for the magazine GQ. He then proceeded to say that he'd never seen poor treatment of blacks in Louisianna before the civil rights movement, and compared homosexuality with bestiality.
He has been put on hiatus from the show and A&E are in damage control...
What exactly did they expect a southern redneck to say?
