Duck soup:

2 l water.
2 packet chicken necks.
1 onion.
1 stick celery.
Then lightly poach two cups total of the following slice duck:
Dried salt duck.
Duck jerky.
Roast duck.
One can sliced straw mushroom.
¼ cup soy sauce.
2 tablespoons rice wine.
