I have a feeling you might be right @Jenduplex. SP is already trading down at $0.006 (Chi-X) & $0.007 (ASX). That's a substantial discount to the CR offer price of $0.008 with the majority of buying interest much further down at $0.001. There are no free carrots (options) being offered, the CR isn't underwritten & the broader Market looks increasingly stormy which might dampen investor enthusiasm for throwing another $1.3m into ADG coffers.

During the past (2) years they've successfully raised cash via placement, however this time around things are more precariously positioned. I think clause 4.2 (q) in the Prospectus (pg. 22) is a reasonable magnifying lens for the latest CR offering. At this stage the survival outlook for ADG is less than ideal...'shizen houzen' is probably an appropriate description...
