Who looked at it? At bargain basement prices.....I must have missed it on Gumtree....or Facebook Sell Swap and Buy. Is it conceivable in your little world that AVB negotiated down to a deal that was way better than anyone else got down to? A bit like if you and I were interested in a negotiable item listed at $60. You'd probably get it down to $58 and not go ahead. I'd get it down to $30 and the rest is history.
Are you still on holidays? Must be boring if you still have to get on here. I know if I was overseas tripping around that I definitely wouldn't be on Hot Copper. And that is a FACT. And I have now realised why you post on AVB. Sport and excitement.
