That must have been a long time ago that they promsed anything. I've been checking out SIP's announcements, and, aside from this: "Sigma Announces Completion of BMS Acquisition" in October, 2009, it doesn't look like the company has actually done anything. It could be a shell like some of the other shells on the ASX, for all the activity that seems to happen. No Directors buy SIP shares, and SIP does a "company update" ANN every so often (probably as a legislative requirement), saying how bad everything is. Do the Directors just do a teleconference every o oftenm and wring their hands via the iPhones?
I have one other company like this- APH- also a pharma company, and also under takeover- like SIP was supposed to be... APH never makes ANN's, and never says boo.
