Timing is everything and this is very bad timing.
We should've agreed to the Tanzanian Governments terms 5 years ago when REE prices were way higher.
We would be in a very different situation if the REE prices hadn't tanked.
Same has happened with Lithium.
Funny how China dominates both spaces.
I wonder what influence they are having on the prices of both.
Perhaps its allowing them to pick up some some very cheap projects.
