As hard as this is, we are probably in a better position than many resource Companys at the moment who have to close down operations, put mines on care and maintenance and let staff go, due to metal prices being smashed.
Just hope we dont have to raise cash at these share prices.
Maybe staff can take a haircut.

I think at least half the staff should have been let go some time back,
They are answerable to nobody for their time and effort and it is obvious the shareholders are funding a seriously overweight management while they coast merrily along without a care in the world
