Had a bad experience booking thru their website which is deliberately confusing. When I called to alter the booking bang full cancellation and rebooking fees.

Cancelled the booking and will never use them again. Calling the hotel direct secured a better price.

The interposed agencies like this are there to gouge the two other parties to a transaction. The value adding of a web service is overstated. Hence the overblown p/e.
