Still no word from the partial partment which was meant to be paid to agenix on the 31/01/09. This probably means that the payment wasn't paid on time.
The odd thing is that we havn't heard what agenix's response is, you would have thought they would have had a prepared release. Surely they are not falling for more delays.
My feeling is that this is going to drag on and the new board at this stage must be wondering what sort of mess they've got themselves into.
