QMN will need a machine gun effect on news to push the 10c barrier ,there will be a lot of sellers who are looking for quick profits daily and in todays markets and it doesn't pay to have monies tied into stocks and be vulnerable...
Or a JV of significance would do the trick,followed by back up news weekly...
