Items that may be considered are the buyer's ability to purchase, as well as other items that would affect the purchased entity or the seller after the sale has been completed.
Due diligence is a way of preventing unnecessary harm to either party involved in a transaction.

Buying a business is a complex and time-consuming process. You will need to investigate in detail the business you plan to buy, making sure it is feasible and has a well-developed market for its products or services.
You will have to check business records, plans and operations, and familiarise yourself with your competitors and the industry. You will also need to check that the business has the appropriate licences, permits and registrations and find out which ones can be transferred to you.

RYG has lots to do, hopefully DD is completed by 30th Nov on time.

I would also think the collaboration partner did some of their own due diligence before accepting XPed as a partner.... If a global company thinks it is all ok, then it am feeling pretty confident that ryg will come to the same conclusion once they finish going through the process of it all....
