BH BSG never had to result to a full feasability report as there was no requirement as they did not seek any bank funding.
They did however put the proper processes in place to ensure it was viable. They did not include both open cut and underground at the same time. They only went for the oipen cut option. Why you ask, the answer is simple so that they did not have to go to the banks, normally if you apply for credit banks will want to have hedging in place.
