I'd prefer to see them put the monies into continued expansion. The real money to be made here at this stage is the rerate of the SP based on its current PE based on the info we have been given. Increased footprint and more outlets will mean more revenue and profits leading to repeatable increasing quality of earnings into the future. Personally I think they will do both expansion and dividends.
