I voted no because i wanted a longer ride, and because nobody in management even tried to defend a public listing, the transparency which it provides is good for the company long term.
Management had a good vision from a business point of view, but they lost confidence in the stockmarket as a vehicle and abandoned us.
But yea i think its an easy done deal, price is too good compared to how undervalued we have been for years, and objectively, being taken over by an Australian super fund is about as good for the business as any takeover can get.
