In terms of time it would be considered recent, (1 year ago) as they still hold the bulk ( over $16M ) of those funds ! I did not say it was or had anything to do the new Copper project, however, this is an excellent move by management when copper is looking to surge and be in very strong demand due to battery technology storage and electric vehicles etc etc !
As i correctly stated, most small cap stocks dilute shareholders raising at tiny share price levels, whereas MAN directors seiged the opportunity to raise a very large amount of cash at a very good price, that is to be commended from shareholders imho !
Roll on the due dilligence announcement, should do wonders to the MAN share price !
