    If negotiations are underway, either to defer DD date, or decide new aspects of the project then they can be declared 'confidential' and under ASX listing Rules do not have to be disclosed.

    Holders starring at their navel would do better standing up and looking around - there are huge opportunities on ASX small caps atm.
