IMO is all going very smoothly.

G Rowley and S Blackman are posit directors and amongst others shareholders.

They will also be taking the reins of NRU when deal is sealed.

So, as far as nerves are concerned the deal makers in this instance Rowley and Blackman will be on-board the good ship NRU for lovely sail into the sunset, so that information should calm your nerves.

Think about it. Due Diligence is in the heads of these guys because they know posit and what it owns inside out. Posit being a private company does not have to disclose anything to anyone.
Rowley and Blackman, are Posit.

So, IMO as stated b4, posit boys are not getting a swag of cash and running away,, they are getting shares so they will be sticking around for the long haul.
