    Is up around now. It was for 30 days and announced on 29 March. Assuming that was the date of the MOU then the 30 days are up today or tomorrow. There was another 10 days (to a total of 40) of exclusivity.

    Surely we are due an update on this as per the above or in response to ESG's call for an EGM???????

    Disgraceful stuff really. I have compalined to both boards but nobody is replying.
