    This does strike me as new and market sensitive

    Management has disclosed that is very
    aware of this situation and has been working on finding the best and least dilutive solution for current
    shareholders. The MoU signed with a regional investor over the summer is addressing this issue and management
    expects to finalize the restructuring of the notes and will update the market by the end of September.
