When the refinancing is announced, and if it is a good deal, I will let myself start believing EPG has another serious chance ... without a good refinancing deal EPG potential may well remain just that ... potential.
Why do you say that Transcor will not be able to take over the assets if the company is not able to repay the convertible notes? That needs further comment if you can.
