It is a trader's environment due to the volatility presented. If one needs to make a quick 15% for the week, the current market is presenting tremendous opportunities. One does not need to be a genius to figure that one out.
OVR is capable of moving up in quicktime once the general market takes hold of its fundamentals and geographical position in the grand scheme of things. I, for one, am willing to accumulate on down days and average my holdings. The resources are land banked and not going to be disappearing in the near term. I have not see any of the substantial holders nor management selling for the last couple of months...i suppose they are not concerned with these trading movements at all.
