The sentiment I got from the webcast is that BB would have had a peek at their customer base. Electronics, insulation, etc and I reckon that would have reinforced his confidence.
Couple that with their patents on expanding graphite.
AMG, with their 120 years of knowledge and experience would be well versed in who this company is and what it does.
Note the part where YXGC have a factory in Europe... maybe not to far from AMG's radar?
