Been trying to locate the patents, however presumably they aren't held in the name of the company, or may have been in place prior to the incorporation of the limited liability company.

I did happen to stumble across a couple of customers of Yichang Xincheng Graphite I thought I would share.

The owner of this patent is BYD Company Limited (I know great name).  Presumably people (not me) would know this company.  It's a public company which made 7B rnb profit last year.  Take a look at their website it's quite interesting. They do it all by the looks of it, produce cars hybrid and EV, Energy storage, Solar technology, cell manufactures for the global phone/tablet market.  If Yichang Xincheng has a major 20+ year contract with these guys, they could definitely justify the 2B tonnes across their product lines.

Toray Fiber Research do some fibre (materials) research, can't imagine this will equate to anything beneficial to TON, however what do I know.

And to a lesser extent but closer to home:

This patent is owned by Newsouth Innovations Pty Limited (NSW University), Wuxi Suntech Power Co., Ltd (World's Largest producer of Solar panels).  Whilst I can't imagine either will be using our graphite, atleast economic proportions (I could be wrong) but interesting enough, the NSW University has a professor/researcher called Michael Kazacos whom specialises in Vanadium Redox Flow technology which as most would know, is the technology which will hopefully take off and result in our vanadium becoming even more economic then it is now.
