Well a loss is a loss, so many value investors won't touch it until it's turning a profit. There's also the risk of a capital raising at some stage.
And on top of that, it just isn't a sexy story where tins of Gruden Stage 2 code are flying off the shelves and being shipped to Asia, or becoming a household name or anything like that. Such a small cap will just remain unheard of until it isn't so small.
