So true, once this is resolved in Aquabotix favour, the risk of loosing "Swarmdiver" will be gone!!
My hope is that payments recieved were for anything other than the Swarmdivers themselves (ie training and support), thereby skirting the accusation of money made on hardware!!
Then, we are back to drumming up deals!!!
