In my opinion (IMO) some months ago DCL announced that they entered into the final phase of Financial and Legal Due Dilligence of the Aust agri acquisition.

In my opinion , from reading various media articles published and releases to the ASX by DCL, they still intend to proceed with this acquisition.

In my opinion , I am a bit stuck , without the due dilligence report as to how Austagro can pay a breakfee of $8,500,000.00 , it seems that this report has not yet been completed , no doubt a Balance Sheet of Austagro would be imformative ( IMO). So a question to DCL that just requires a simple answer is : WHO IS DOING THE AUSTAGRI DUE DILLIGENCE AND WHEN THE REPORT BE MADE AVAILABLE TO SHAREHOLDERS.

In my opinion, Now is the time to advise which firm is undertaking the the financial due dilligence on Aust agri and when the the report be released to share holders.
