As much as I hate to say it I think we a looking at a short term decline in current value to the low 20's....before we see a run to previous levels.

Many fund managers will be matipulating this price to ensure that get a big chunk at a very favourable price.

We already know of some talk of some major institutions that are looking at recapitalisation the business, this, if correct will skyrocket's the price beyond any technical analysis.

I've been buying this stock from $1.10 all the way down to 5.3cents. With an average at current levels and several heartaches in the last 2 years, I personally cant wait for the BOOOOOM! which is set to happen on multiple intervals over the coming months and years!
