impossible to accurately value CAZ right now, depends on a lot of factors which won't be known for days yet.

my opinoin is that there will probably be legal action from RIO howeve I doubt any legal action will drag on for long. I really don't see how the minister can give any other decision than to grant CAZ the tenement, but its only after that point when RIO will take action, if any.

i would expect the minister to make a decision before christmas, leaving it until after then would not be wise, would only slow down operations for CAZ and BHP.
