Unless you are an S708 then I doubt it... I do not believe there is any general offer to the public and demand was insance before the term sheet came out. I am lucky enough to be a note holder from earlier this year and contacted the company last week to see if I could be given any preference to take up IPO shares as well but it is unlikely.
If you have a broker account with anyone other than canaccord then just ask them if they can get some for you.
