Item 6 of the Annual General Meeting seeks the approval of a 10% placement facility, in addition to the 15% placement facility under Listing Rule 7.1

The minimum issue price must not be less than 75% of the VWAP of equity securities in the same class calculated over the 15 trading days before the date on which the price at which the equity securities are to be issued is agreed.

The funds will be used to progress the BFS and for general working capital.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 28th November.
