Well, I have been sent the full "2009 WHK Horwath Corporate Governance Report" which lists several criteria by which the top 250 companies are judged, btu sadly no specific info on where DUI fell short.
The report does say, however, that DUI got a "D" rating for its "carbon reporting", which translates to "minimal carbon disclosure reporting". What a disgrace that our directors don't report the enormous levels of carbon pollution they must produce from all the investment decisions they make in the boardroom!
Just goes to show what sort of idiots put these reports together.
