It bounced after the rights issue last time, but the 30.5 cents mark looks a little bizarre to me.

It may be artificially being held up, but by whom?

Glencore? As underwriter, surely they want it below 30 cents.

Matlin Patterson? Well, a name from the history books.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, my rights pricing prediction was 100% correct. If history repeats exactly, there will be a small rise tomorrow.
