Duketon IPO

Just looking at the prospectus, and some info that caught my eye. Hope fully it shows us long term STB holders some gains and some discoveries. I spoke to the company and apparently they have some good Nickel targets, they will be focussing on in the near term, in the Duketon Belt. These were overlooked previously, when held by STB.

I'm not sure if many know this but IGO has handed back our Rosie Nickel Prospect of 30,000 tonnes of contained Nickel in the JV. For those that don't know, this caused the SP to rocket from around 30c to $1 on this discovery. Not long before the Potash discovery, where we climbed from around 50c/$1-$6.

Between 2011 to May 2013 there was a farm-out Joint Venture Agreement with Independence Group NL (Independence). Under the terms of the agreement Independence could farm-in to earn 70% of the nickel metal rights on selective tenements within the Duketon Project by delivery of a Bankable Feasibility Study within five years from the grant of the relevant tenement. Independence has withdrawn from the Joint Venture and Duketon Mining Ltd has assumed all mineral rights.

Stuart Fogarty – Executive Director Appointed as a Director on 21 October 2013 and as Managing Director subject to Admission Mr Fogarty has over 19 years of exploration experience with BHP Billiton and Western Mining Corporation. Until recently, he was BHP’s Senior Exploration Manager for North and South America. Mr Fogarty has a very strong background in nickel and gold exploration, having commenced his career at Kambalda Nickel in 1994. He has held senior roles with BHP including Senior Geoscientist for nickel exploration in the Leinster and Mt Keith region, Project Manager WA Nickel Brownfields and Regional Manager Australia – Asia where he was responsible for a $100 million per annum exploration budget.
