In Perth both properties are very saleable at present and for a young family the larger house in the location it is in is by far the better option for a number of reasons known to Perth folk. The issue here is that in this state their position is far from irretrievable at this point in time if they are prepared to cop a bit of a loss which they will if they hold anyway!
