I seem to agree with you. Institutional investors are the smartest guys in the room and if they are buying at 5.5c a piece they definitely know something better than us which is good to put their 9.9mn on the block. I am happy to hold this stock and even buy a bit more if the price is below 5.5c
There could be a Surprise in the few weeks to follow. Dont want to miss the boat when announcement of the first commercial oil barrel is made public around April 2012
