does it really matter who builds the rail and port.?...NO..........you guys miss the point...at the end of the day it's the ore........so mitsu and mmx want to get it to market ASAP.........but if FMG or MIS come up with a cheaper and quicker solution.....i'm sure it won't change the way Mitsu think........."IT'S THE HIGH GRADE ORE''.......AND THE ABUNDANCE OF IT!!!!!!!!AS THE UPGRADE WILL PROVE........
