    Hi Joelbaby, no they cannot legally buy on market. I stand to be corrected but I think that there is a small "bracket creep" where over time they can buy a small percentage but I am not 100% on that one.

    The vote comes before the money. FMS SH voted on 30 cents and got diddly.

    No one is forced to do anything as their is no real recourse. Monies are not held in trust funds or anything like that.

    There is no opportunity for SH to be paid 45 now.
