it is definitely for current company as is. The stock is being priced and issued now. People who have shorted it and bought puts will buy back the buyer who are long will cut their losses or average ( a big mistake )BUT the instos who are taking the stock will make sure it closes well above where the issue price is. Look at FXJ - raised $150m plus at $2.77 now over $3. Just today ALn - Alinta - raised funds at $4.50 closed over $4.90. The instos will be the winners
