A number of years ago quite a few Israeli tech companies listed in Oz as we (apparently) like to invest in start-ups.
Back then this company was called Emefcy, it over a year ago it merged with RWL Water (owned by Ronald Lauder from Estee Lauder) and became Fluence Corporation.
The issue has been that as they've moved from start-up into a fully fledged manufacturing water treatment solutions provider, their revenue figures slipped from one year to the next and there's no real sense of urgency to invest until they reach profitability.
Retail and institutional investors seem content to park their cash elsewhere for now!
