    I'm not sure about capping, but it appears obvious to me that the fundamentals on this one appear to have escaped the market - or is the market right here?

    FRS sitting on 28MT - market cap $70M+ with none of the upside of YML's location ($10M cash at bank)

    with YML about to JORC 40MT its market cap is $45M (excluding unexercised options) ($5M cash at bank)

    One of these is over valued or undervalued - which is it?
