It's a quality airport because Brussels is the headquarters of the European Union, with the EU Parliament and entire beaurocracy situated there. They all fly in and out to all points of the EU. Traffic is high and consistent.
I agree it's a quality asset. Also, I can't see a smart outfit like Macquarie pursuing an asset that ISN'T quality...!
