Brettdale - that's the way the opening and closing auction works. Sellers will place orders at progressively lower prices, while buyer place them at progressively higher ones.

But the match-out price is what ALL those orders will settle at. So if a sell order is put in for 5 cents, and the match-out price on the open is 14.5 cents, then that seller will get 14.5 cents.

The lower sell prices are just a way to get to the head of the queue.
