    I received a notice of the annual general meeting yesterday.
    I note that Res 2B is for the re-election of Dr M Monsour should S Jones be removed as he is the next eligible director for re-election by rotation.
    I also note that all the other directors are keen to be re-elected - so much for the threat.
    However the letter was signed by Ben Graham Co Secretary - no longer an employee.
